Gaming is entertainment — not a solution to financial problems, and not the centre of your life. ppvipp believes you should play for fun, but within your limits. We stand by you to ensure gaming never becomes a burden.
We do not just offer games — we aim to build a culture of responsible gaming. The wellbeing of every member matters more to us than any business goal.
Definition
Responsible gaming means keeping play as entertainment — maintaining a healthy balance with other aspects of life. It means enjoying games within your means, never wagering money you cannot afford to lose, and not letting gaming be driven by emotion.
At ppvipp, responsible play is not just a policy — it is an integral part of our culture. We want every member to enjoy gaming over the long term, free from any negative consequences.
Online gaming is growing rapidly in Bangladesh. Along with this growth come real risks — addiction, overspending, and strain on family relationships. ppvipp is aware of these issues and actively works to prevent them.
Keep in mind: Winning and losing are both part of the game. Feeling driven to chase losses or play more after a losing streak is a warning sign.
Entertainment Gaming vs. Risky Gaming
Protection Tools
Every ppvipp member has access to powerful controls to ensure responsible gaming.
Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Once set, it takes effect immediately, and increasing it requires a 24-hour waiting period.
Give yourself a rest by pausing your account for 24 hours, 1 week, or 1 month. No gaming or deposits are possible during this time.
If you need a longer break, set a self-exclusion of 3 months to 5 years. Your account cannot be reactivated during this period.
If you play continuously for 1 hour or a set period, ppvipp will automatically send you an alert recommending that you take a break.
View your complete gaming spend history at any time. Track your expenses transparently and make informed decisions.
If you have concerns about your gaming, ppvipp's dedicated support team is here to help — non-judgementally and in complete confidence.
Self-Assessment
The questions below will help you reflect honestly on your gaming habits. If you answer "Yes" to 3 or more, we encourage you to speak with ppvipp's support team.
Answer honestly — this is just for you.

Tool Details
Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Lowering your limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a 24-hour cooling period — a deliberate delay designed to prevent impulsive decisions.
Set a time limit for each gaming session. Once the time is up, ppvipp automatically ends the session and sends you a notification. This helps prevent you from gaming for hours on end.
If you feel you need an extended break, activate Self-Exclusion. Choose a period of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years. During this time, you should not attempt to open a new account — ppvipp can detect this.
Every 15, 30, or 60 minutes, ppvipp will notify you how long you've been playing and how many transactions you've made. Use this information to decide for yourself — keep going or take a break.
Beyond deposit limits, you can set automatic stops when you lose or win a specified amount. This prevents you from playing impulsively after a big loss or a big win.
If you decide to stop gaming for good, contact ppvipp support to permanently close your account. This is an even more final step than Self-Exclusion.
Minor Protection
Gaming on ppvipp is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Preventing underage gambling is one of our highest priorities.
A note for parents — keep your device and ppvipp account out of reach of minors. Use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA).
If you suspect a minor is using ppvipp, please notify our support team immediately. We will take action right away.
